Psychedelic folk and heavyfuzzguitar in a very homemade DIY tone. Songs from deep within the darkest soul. Introvert , lost and lonely sounds from one gone astray. Got a band called Blackbeacon Orkestra: Current lineup is: Sigurd Djuurhuus: Guitar, Drums, Søren Pilegård: Keyboard, Anders Grøn aka Fuzzdaddy: Drums, percussion. Influences: downerfolk, horrormusic, real people, demented & strange sounds, 13th floor elevators, Skip Spence, st. Michael, Peter grudzien, Hanson, Bob Desper, Bob Trimble, Bob Smith, Bobby beausoleil, Velvet underground, Cold sun, Love, Lee hazlewood Kraut, Swedish folkprog, country, blues and pagan music. Sounds Like:A psychedelic horror soundtrack started making music in 1981. Started playing in various hardcore punk bands. In the mid-eighties he teamed up with some guys from high school and together they formed the first danish psychedelic stonerrock band, "On trial". Left On trial in 2000. Made his first solo LP: Blackbeacon in 1999, mainly recordings from 1996 made on a 4-track taperecorder, on the record label Sort Hash. The two next recordings came out on Orpheus Records: "Among the dead" 2003 and "Djævlens Horn" 2007. A 45 came out in limited edition from Repo Man records. Bin playing live since 2005, with various members in the lineup.
